Absolute atrocity that this distinguished Marine is facing three years in jail FOR DOING NOTHING! Has NYC ever heard about the 2nd Amendment? Have they ever read the Constitution? Absolute bullshit that this guy is possibly going to prison just for "illegally" carry a gun he legally owned back in Indiana. Speaking of which, Republicans should push forward with that bill that basically allows for concealed carry across the entire country (HIV knows what I'm talking about). The bill would definitely prevent bullshit such as this from occurring.
